CEIMIA issues a call for proposals to find its partner creative agency

MONTREAL,  April 10, 2025 – In anticipation of its communications needs, CEIMIA is issuing a public call for integrated creative agencies (360 communications agencies). Respondants will have until the end of the day on Friday, May 2, to submit their proposals.

CEIMIA is currently looking for a communications agency partner to help it promote its work to political decision-makers (Quebec, Canadian and international), the scientific community and industry. The aim is to raise awareness and encourage action on the issues highlighted in its projects.

The chosen agency will be responsible for supporting CEIMIA through the creation of brand identities, creative awareness campaigns, and other communications assets for the three brands supported by CEIMIA: “CEIMIA”, “Network of Centres for International Cooperation on AI”, and “GPAI-associated projects”,   in order to reinforce their presence and visibility on key issues such as the development and responsible adoption of AI for the common good.

With needs as wide-ranging as brand identity design, the creation of illustrative diagrams for its research reports, the production of explanatory motion design videos or the development of mini websites, CEIMIA will pay particular attention to the diversity of skills (strategy – creation – production) of the responding agencies.

Great importance will also be given to the following criteria:

• French/English bilingualism
  Knowledge of academic and/or political research environments
  Agency working culture and ability to work in a co-creative environment.
